The music festival will happen for over 3 nights with over 80 artists performing in almost every pub, theatre and concert hall. The festival calls artist from every music genre creating it a totally musical week for the locals and visitors. The festival would kick start on 18th November bringing the best from the music industry, most of the events and venues do not have entry tickets but some would have.
So if you are a budding musician, wants to know about how to make it big or for that matter of fact just want to show off your talent then Hamilton is the place to be in during November. During this time numerous artists and recording companies presents their talents at much bigger venues like Westside Concert Theatre.
When I was there last year during the awards it felt that the town was high on some musical note. I would suggest that during this time make sure you do pub hopping to catch as many musicians as you can. The final award function happens in Mohawk College’s McIntyre Theatre; make sure you reach the venue at least 3 hours in advance. Lines are very long here and I almost missed half of the concert last year due to that, but the award ceremony worth all the pain I took to reach in. So be there in November if music gets you high.

• Best time to visit Hamilton is from April till July, as the weather is perfect for exploring the town. So chances of high hotel rates and Hamilton flights rates are very likely to happen, so book you travel plans in advance.
• If you are travelling on tight budget then travel in off seasons like October till January, as the chances of getting cheap flights to Hamilton along with cheap hotel rates are very high.
